Through a partnership with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., Heather leverages her more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and advisor support to help assist the planning, direction, and execution of wealth management strategies at Wernick Spear Wealth Management. In her role, Heather is instrumental in helping advisors deliver more comprehensive planning solutions, including supporting clients at Werner and Spear who are passionate about incorporating charitable giving into their overall wealth strategies.

Heather holds the FINRA Series 7 and 99 licenses and has earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalSM (FPQP^®) designation. She is also a Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. A dedicated learner and leader, she is a graduate of Cambridge’s Aspiring Leaders Program and has completed the Cambridge Client Service Excellence (CCSE) certification training.

Outside of her professional work, Heather lives in Wisconsin and is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan, rarely missing a chance to cheer on The Pack. You can also find her in a different set of stands — proudly supporting her daughter’s theatre performances.
