Alex is often the first friendly face clients see when they walk through the door, setting a welcoming and professional tone from the moment they arrive. As our Client Experience Specialist, she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s daily operations and ensuring every client interaction is seamless.

In her role, Alex is responsible for coordinating a wide range of client service and administrative functions. She manages meeting scheduling, prepares materials for client reviews, assists with onboarding and account servicing, and handles client inquiries and requests with efficiency and care. Her strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs help ensure that every interaction is handled accurately and promptly.

Known for her approachable demeanor and strong communication skills, Alex enjoys building relationships with clients and being a reliable point of contact. She works closely with the advisory team to support internal processes and maintain a high standard of service across all client interactions. Her organization, reliability, and commitment to follow-through make her an integral part of the team.

Since joining Wernick Spear Wealth Managers in 2017, Alex has remained focused on her professional development within the financial services industry and continues to expand her knowledge to better support clients and colleagues.

A native of Chesterland, Alex graduated from West Geauga High School and attended Columbus State University. She currently resides in Willoughby.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and camping with family and friends. She also enjoys reading and taking advantage of sunny days at Edgewater Park.
